The sponsored row 'n' ride will take place Wednesday 29th September in the multi-gym & astroturf at 3pm - 4:30pm. If you haven't had your induction in the gym then you will do your mile on a bike around the astro-turf with Mr Waring.
Remember ... it's French Stylee, so red, white & blue clothing; wear your beret and a garland of onions!
